There are both practical and aesthetic reasons to seal exterior masonry.  Brick, stone, CMU, or concrete, are exposed to weather and vandalism usually in the form of graffiti.  The impact of these issues in maintenance costs can be greatly reduced by sealing the exterior masonry.  We usually recommend a clear sealant to preserve the natural beauty of the stone or brick color selected. 

Care must be taken to protect metal, glass, landscaping, and painted areas.  And we pay attention to the details.  It may take a little more time, but it decreases the chance of costly mistakes.
